Affaire Rappaz: le chanvrier en grève de la faim pour un congé

Le chanvrier Bernard Rappaz s'est lancé dans une nouvelle grève de la faim. Un conflit avec l'administration pénitentiaire sur le calcul de son plan de peine et des congés qu'il pourrait obtenir motive sa démarche.L'agriculteur, condamné à cinq ans et huit mois de prison pour violation grave de la loi sur les stupéfiants, a entamé sa grève de la faim le 12 août à 12h30, a-t-il indiqué. Il estime avoir droit à un congé de 24 heures, car il a effectué un tiers de sa peine. /SERVICE
